Lamborghini’s CEO Still Isn’t Convinced Electric Supercars Will Catch On’s eponymous marque will make its public debut in London later this week. And, in preparation for the big unveiling, the company has started taking orders for the futuristic electric off-roader.Lamborghini’s CEO Still Isn’t Convinced Electric Supercars Will Catch On, which will be held this coming Wednesday and Thursday.

The company’s off-roader will be powered by a drivetrain that includes electric motors on each axle and a 42-kWh battery pack. It’s unclear how much power the setup will produce, but the EV will be able to launch from zero to 60 in under four seconds. Range comes in at a rather unspectacular 170 miles, but the smaller pack and a steel-and-carbon spaceframe chassis mean the vehicle tips the scales at just 2,530 pounds.
