Donald Trump Jr. Attends Father’s Hush Money Trial As Melania And Ivanka Avoid It—Here Are The Other Trump Allies In CourtJaden Rashada, a college football player who was once recruited by the University of Florida, has sued the program's coach, other officials and a big-money donor in the first legal dispute over an unrealized name, image and likeness deal after he says he was offered millions of dollars to commit to the school only to never have those promises fulfilled.

Napier is accused of promising Rashada a $1 million payment on the day he signed his letter of intent at Florida, which the complaint says he was never paid, and the lawsuit claims those involved in courting the young player"changed their tune and went back on their word" after the letter was signed, later offering him a"drastically" decreased amount of money.

The filing includes text messages sent by Castro-Walker to Rashada's agents and messages from Edward Rojas, CEO of The Gator Collective, a group formed in 2021 to negotiate NIL deals for University of Florida student-athletes.
