Residents of Vale apartment building witnessed a speeding vehicle on the corner of Cameron Dr and Aspen drive. Later that night, a fire broke out in the garage, causing the evacuation of all residents. The fire was reportedly caused by an electric vehicle. Meanwhile, a new bar is set to open on 17th and Q Street, NW.
