Hithium, a maker of clean energy storage products, plans to invest $100 million in a new facility in Mesquite.

Hithium will be the first tenant at Stream Realty Partners' 20 East Trinity Pointe along Interstate 20 in MesquiteThe facility, which will be located in 20 East Trinity Pointe business park, will play a critical role in new battery module and system assembly for the company that specializes in stationary battery storage.“The new facility will accelerate Hithium’s development and production of energy storage system products for the U.S.

The Irving City Council approved plans to rezone dozens of acres owned by the University of Dallas to data center uses.
