A Baytown woman is accused of threatening to murder CenterPoint Energy employees in a series of posts on her X account, according to documents obtained exclusively by KPRC 2, days after more than 2 million people lost power in Hurricane Beryl.

A few minutes later, she posted, “It won’t be until I actually show up and show some action for y’all to fully grasp how people are feeling. Threats are being made cause action isn’t being taken, I will show you the greatest example of f***ing around and finding out,” records show. Using an emergency disclosure request, DPS investigators with the Intelligence and Counterterrorism Division were able to get Miles’ contact information from X, formerly known as Twitter.

Miles has not responded to a phone call or text message from KPRC 2′s Bryce Newberry. She does not appear to have a criminal history in Harris County.
