CLEVELAND, Ohio — The newest Browns, both players and coaches, had their first chance to get on the practice field in Berea this past weekend. As a football coach, I have always been impressed with the culture and atmosphere built by Kevin Stefanski, Andrew Berry and the rest of the decision-makers in the Cleveland organization.
The Browns practice with the positive energy and purpose often associated with championship-level teams.
