From feft: Bukit Gasing assemblyman Rajiv Rishyakaran, Quah, Wong, Tan and Schneider Electric Malaysia residential and general distribution VP vice-president Francis Heng at the site of the new EV charging station., a French digital transformation of energy management and automation company, launched its EVlink Pro DC, a 180KW direct current fast EV charger and its first public electric vehicle charging hub here today.
Schneider Electric and JusEV also entered into an agreement to install over 100 chargers, with 10% being DC fast chargers, in private and commercial buildings by 2024. “We are confident that this strategic endeavour is in alignment with the National Energy Transition Roadmap, which aims to establish 10,000 EV charging points nationwide by 2025.”
Plaza 33 general manager Tan Kok Leong, remarked, “The collaboration between Schneider Electric and JusEV aligns with our commitment to staying ahead of the curve in meeting the evolving needs of our tenants and customers. We recognise the increasing demand for EVs and aim to provide convenient and sustainable solutions that support the transition to cleaner transportation options.”
