Curious... pretty much all of Asia will disagree. Almost universally cultural to ask for water without ice (no matter the temp)

The most important thing about water is that it does not lead to too high insulin levels, as classical care does because it is dictated by members of sponsored associations.

You shock you digestive system by doing this which can affect you disgusting food properly. If you are going to drink iced water make sure it is away from meals. Also drinking water / any fluids with meals dilutes gastric juices needed for digestion.
