Three days after the federal election, a dozen reporters, cameramen and photographers were waiting outside Catherine McKenna’s campaign office in Ottawa’s trendy Westboro neighbourhood when she strode across the parking lot with her campaign manager, Kyle Harrietha.

It is not hate but her failure to accept other views. She walks around with horse blinders. She denies that other climate change plans may have value and merit. She should accept as part of the national team spirit. She is not to be a team player.

Article misses the boat completely. She is very preachy... seems to have a full time videographer follow her around. Videos everyday telling people how to live their lives.. people fight back and do it rudely. Carbon tax has made life unaffordable for many.

I can assure McKenna that a lot of women hate her, too. It’s sexist to think only men worry about the economic impacts of destroying the energy sector. People call her Barbie because it’s dismissive in the same way she is dismissive of people who don’t agree.
