Gabriele Holtermann Gorden/Pacific Press/LightRocket via Getty Images: CNN will give each 2020 Democratic candidate 40 minutes to answer questions about climate change on Wednesday in a seven-hour town hall, even as the Democratic National Committee voted down a measure to have their own official climate change debate.
The event will start at 5 p.m. ET and will be aired on CNN and live streamed on CNN.com. SiriusXM Channels 116, 454, 795 and the Westwood One Radio Network will also be transmitting the town hall. Candidates will each be given 40 minutes to take questions from CNN moderators and from a live studio audience made up of Democratic voters.Every candidate has a climate plan, with three releasing their own over the last few days.
