Democratic presidential candidates are releasing their plans to address climate change ahead of a series of town halls on the issue as the party's base increasingly demands aggressive action.
The issue is so urgent among Democratic voters that Washington Gov. Jay Inslee made action to limit the worst extremes of climate change the core of his presidential bid. But Inslee dropped out of the presidential race in August after failing to earn a spot in the September primary debate.
Harris says she supports a"climate pollution fee," designed to drive down pollution while increasing government revenue. If elected, Booker says, he will propose legislation creating a"United States Environmental Justice Fund," which, among its areas of focus, will replace all home, school and day care drinking water lines by the end of his second term.
Last month, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders toured a California mobile home park ravaged by wildfires as he introduced his $16 trillion plan to fight global warming, the costliest among the Democratic field. His plan declares climate change a national emergency, calls for the United States to eliminate fossil fuel use by 2050 and commits $200 billion to help poorer nations reckon with climate change.
Climate change presents the danger of civilization collapsing I mean we still dont know how bad it will get even in the best scenarios. The weather is not promising. We simply need to act if we have any sense of self preservation

This is comical. So they all agree that they have to spend trillions. So far have said nothing about how they will achieve their goals or where the money will come from. Perhaps they will claim China or India will pay for it. That strategy has worked before...sort of.
Never once will they tell people, though, that evidence of climate change being caused by humans is virtually nonexistent, that their 'greenhouse' model uses falsified math, or that global warming has been used for illegal inside trading for years (like with Pelosi's husband).
Yeah of course they do, their sensationalism and fear mongering and pseudoscience are their main cash cows. Convince people that the world will end in 12 years if they don't give so much of their cash over to the dems, BIG profits.

Good luck with that. And if you think you can prevent a natural cycle of the Earth, be my guest and try and spend your way out of. But you aren't touching a cent of my money on this foolishness.

Nothing absolutely nothing will work with climate control unless you are God which you are not. That is what is wrong with liberals. They have no fear and respect for God.
With the economy doing great and jobs being created daily under this President, the only lie the Democrats can come up with is climate change. Something the United States can't change. It's a tax on the working class along with a tax for illegal health care.

Got it all wrong. The Democrats will enact an energy use tax manipulating the climate change hysteria they created. This will pay for entitlement dependencies to buy more and more votes. This and illegal immigrants given amnesty will give Dems a 1 party dictatorship in USA.
