Three members of the environmental group have used cables to suspend themselves below the bridge.Traffic on the bridge is flowing and all lanes remain open.

Fine them the max $20k each and add in the costs for emergency services. At least that might deter them from doing it again. With any luck it might make their donor base think twice too. Greenpeace
