MONTREAL — Pattern Energy Group LP, which specializes in renewable energy and transmission infrastructure, has signed a 30-year power purchase agreement with Hydro-Québec for its 150-megawatt Broughton Wind project.

The wind project represents a $500 million investment and will bring economic benefits to the region, building on the success of Pattern Energy’s Mont Sainte-Marguerite Wind facility in Québec, indicates a release.
