Angela Rayner is next to speak at the Labour event in Scotland, and touts her plan to expand employment rights.The deputy leader opens her remarks by saying the election is just a month away, where there will be 'a choice between change, or more of the same - more chaos, more division, more managed decline, if it's ever been managed, that is'.She says the choice is 'critical' because 'whatever Scotland decides will decide whether the rest of the UK gets change too'.

'We want an end to this chaos. But we'll only get it if Scotland chooses to vote for it.'On the SNP's call for voters to 'send a message' to Westminster, Ms Rayner says they should 'send a government to Westminster'.She says Labour's plans to expand employment rights will be 'good for business, good for workers, good for the economy'.
