PETALING JAYA: Petroliam Nasional Berhad telah menyelesaikan pelupusan pegangan saham sebanyak 74 peratus dalam Engen Limited kepada Vivo Energy selepas mendapat kelulusan daripada Tribunal Persaingan Afrika Selatan.
Menurut kenyataan, Vivo Energy mampu mengarahkan Engen melalui fasa pertumbuhan seterusnya sebagai sebahagian daripada syarikat induk multinasional, Vitol dengan kedudukan kukuh dalam sektor tenaga Afrika. Petronas pertama kali memperoleh saham dalam Engen pada 1996 dan menjadi pemegang saham majoriti pada 1998.
