In a statement sent to Vanguard and signed by The President, NAEE, Prof. Wumi Iledare, stated that the conference which marked its 12th edition will run between 14th and 16th of April, 2019.
The association which is affiliated with International Association for Energy Economics , will host captains of the industry aswell as stakeholders to brainstorm on better way to support the country’s energy challenges. The International conference, tagged “Energy Efficiency and Access for Sustainable Development in Emerging Economies,” will have the Group Managing Director, GMD, NNPC, Dr. Maikanti Baru, Executive Secretary, Petroluem Technology Development Fund, PTDF, Dr. Bello Aliyu Gusau and Chairman, Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC, Prof. James Momoh as guest speakers.
Others guest of honours include; Dr. Timothy Okon, Special Technical Adiversr, Fiscals, Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Engr. Funsho Kupolokun, Director, First Ally Capital Limited, Engr. Ernest Mupwaya, MD/CEO, Abuja Electtricity Distribution Company, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum, Abdulkadir Saidu, The Executive Secretary, Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency.
Similarly, Prof. Yinka Omorogbe, Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Edo State Ministry of Justice, Mr. Osten Olorunsola, Chairman Energy Institute of Nigeria, Engr. Louis Edozien, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Power and Dr. Joseph Nnanna, Deputy Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria, will also grace the conference.
