Merseyside Police were called to Holt Road in Tranmere on Saturday, May 11 at around 5.05pm after two men on an electric bike were spotted. One of the men on the bike is believed to have been in possession of a firearm, described as having the appearance of a pistol.
Detective Inspector Andrew Schofield said: “Although thankfully rare, we understand the fear that such incidents cause within our communities. We would be keen to hear from anyone who saw this incident or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at around 5.05pm on Saturday.
