The Energy 202: Young people take center stage at new House climate committee's first hearing

“This is a time for all of us to come together,” said Kathy Castor , the committee’s chairwoman. “All generations, all political persuasions.” Democrats held the hearing as lawmakers are preparing for the 2020 election. “The committee did not hold a single hearing on the details and effect of the legislation,” Rep.
