Russia-Ukraine war, the largest armed conflict in Europe since WW2, enters its 779th day.

"The most recent attacks ... have shifted us into an acutely consequential juncture in this war," IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said in a statement to the Board gathering. "As a result of a hit in the city, according to preliminary information, two people died, four were injured," Mykolaiv Governor Vitaly Kim said in a post on Telegram.Russia has launched a"massive" aerial attack on Ukraine, Kiev said, hitting the northeastern city of Kharkiv again and targeting energy facilities across the country.
