The Ford Mustang is turning 60 and the company is celebrating the occasion with a Mustang Unleashed tour. It kicks off next month and will have 12 stops across the United States. The journey begins in Long Beach, California as the first leg of the tour will be held in conjunction with a Formula Drift event. The company didn’t go into many specifics, but visitors can expect vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations.

Ford is encouraging owners of the 2024 Mustang to attend and pre-registration is open exclusively to them. They’ll apparently receive a gift or two as well as other perks. In a statement, Mustang Brand Manager Joe Bellino said the Mustang “needs to be more accessible” so “Mustang Unleashed will show customers what makes Mustang great, rather than merely telling them.
