In November, enCore Energy became the newest uranium producer in the U.S. at its Rosita In-Situ-Recovery uranium central processing plant and wellfield, about 98 km west of Corpus Christi. There are only 3 uranium producers in the United States. The Company shipped its first delivery of uranium earlier this month.

Moving two projects towards production at the same is a significant feat," Sheriff notes. The company also announced that after acquiring Alta Mesa for $120 mm USD in 2023, they sold a 30% stake and established a joint venture with Boss Energy, an Australian ISR uranium producer, for $60 MM USD 8 months later. The funds will provide the company with the ability to accelerate its production pipeline.

Future projects in enCore's production pipeline include the Dewey-Burdock project in South Dakota and the Gas Hills project in Wyoming, along with significant uranium resource endowments in New Mexico providing long term opportunities.
