U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras in Washington appeared to go a step further than other judges in his order issued late Tuesday. "Given the national, cumulative nature of climate change, considering each individual drilling project in a vacuum deprives the agency and the public of the context necessary to evaluate oil and gas drilling on federal land," Contreras wrote.

It came in a lawsuit that challenged leases issued in Wyoming, Utah and Colorado in 2015 and 2016, during President Barack Obama's administration.

Good!!

So great to hear our lands are being saved & our climate protected, FINALLY!

Good for that judge.

Man made climate change is a hoax. This judge should be impeached for partisan politics from the bench.

A decision likely to be overturned.

Cheney property losing some pristine views?

There’s not even a lot of oil in Wyoming. Pointless to block this. If he really wanted to do damage he would’ve blocked it in SD or ND or TX.

This “judge” should be disbarred.

Whoa!
