Lagos State PDP Governorship Candidate in the 2023 General Elections, Dr Abdul-Azeez Adediran , is seeking transfer of his appeal against the verdict of the Lagos State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.
“Adediran, the first petitioner in the Appeal case numbered CA/L/EP/GOV/29/2023, hereby requests for the transfer from Lagos Division to Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal for fairness, objectivity,’’ he said.
