The Green New Deal isn't the solution but it's a step in the right direction since it's become a catalyst for discussing the important issue of Climate Change and how it's affecting our planet for future generations.

I hope people realize that individuals will be responsible for the cost to “fix” their own homes. Then more money will be needed for the towns we live in. I love how some say to get rid of the “economic stuff”. Will the world eliminate people having to pay for anything?

No, the Green New Deal has trouble passing because at minimum 50 percent of the country solidly opposes it, plus a significant proportion of the remaining 50 percent that votes Democratic.
