The Electric Picnic 2019 headliners for 2019 revealed as The Strokes Florence and the Machine, Hozier and The 1975.

This year a record 57,500 people are set to attend the three day music and arts festival, after organisers announced last year 2,500 more tickets will be sold. EP organisers are to reveal the first round of acts for the sold-out festival, which will take place between August 30 and September 1 at Stradbally, Co Laois.

Fans were left frustrated in September when early bird tickets for the biggest weekend in the Irish music calendar sold out in a record four hours.Generally weekend passes go on sale in March, however, organisers announced last November that the December batch of tickets were the final passes to be sold.
