'Time' reports that the Biden administration has selected clean-energy projects based in seven states to participate in a $7 billion program focused on hydrogen fuel.

BUTLER COUNTY — A two vehicle crash in Butler County on Friday claimed the life of a Newton man, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.Clinton Jeffrey Waltz, 48, of Newton, was driving a 2013 Kia Optima on Alabama 106 when at around 1:10 p.m., the vehicle collided head on with a 2012 Ford F-250 driven by Casey Carroll Callister, 38, of Citronelle.
