The Energy 202: Trump's budget seeks cuts to climate research and renewable energy programs

Asign on a door of the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington. overview document, released on Monday, doesn’t even bring up the subject of climate change in laying out the president’s major priorities.

The proposed plans for the Environmental Protection Agency are instructive about the administration's approach. The office, which has a current budget of more than $19 million and nearly 50 employees, would be eliminated in order to prioritize “activities that support decision-making related to core environmental statutory requirements,” the administration wrote.

In a statement, EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler called Tuesday’s document “a common-sense proposal” that would “support the agency as it continues to work with states, tribes and local governments to protect human health and the environment.

According to the budget, the agency will set aside areas to develop renewable energy on and off the shore, saying it would prioritize “permitting consistent with industry demand.”

Unacceptable

Who else sees a Pokémon Ball.

It would be a great service if media identified all of his cronies who would benefit from his proposed budget.

They will laugh at how foolish was their understanding of how money flows & stops & how easy it will be to publically employ those not now needed in private employment of work to industrially produce demand-purchase products

'CO2 emissions are trivial in contrast to the Sun’s 386×10^24 Watt nuclear fusion reactor delivering average Total Solar Irradiance (TSI) of 1,368 Watts/m^2. A TSI shift of 0.2% (i.e. 2.7 Watts/m^2) equates 1-year’s total human energy consumption. CO2 is a trace gas at 0.038%.'

Love JoeBiden. However, it's time for younger blood.

NO FUNDING FOR WALL,NO CUTS TO MEDICAID THATS THE DEAL TRUMP.

👎

No surprise there. Paid govt scientists who repeat the same thing over and over with nothing new and no actual facts that humans are the cause of anything to do with climate change, which we've had since the beginning of time!

Trump’s hell bent on setting the USA back to the 17th century.

good thing his budget is just an imbecilic wish list that is dead on arrival
