PETALING JAYA: Straits Energy Resources Berhad mengumumkan dua anak syarikat tidak langsungnya, Straits CommNet Solutions Sdn. Bhd. dan Megah Port Management Sdn. Bhd. telah memeterai memorandum persefahaman untuk pelaksanaan Projek Pelabuhan Pintar di Labuan, Sabah. SCS merupakan anak syarikat 70 peratus milik Straits Technology Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
