.billshortenmp: Can the Liberal Party and the National Party of Australia please tell us what’s going on when it comes to what they’re doing on coal-fired power stations? MORE: newsday

FULL MEDIA CONFERENCE: Deputy Nationals leader Bridget McKenzie has taken a swipe at her colleague Barnaby Joyce, saying the electorate wants the party to ‘stop talking about themselves.’ The Sports Minister says her colleague’s call for a tax-payer funded coal-fire power station in central Queensland is ‘very different’ to the Coalition’s policy.

She says the Nationals are supporters of a technology neutral approach to energy policy and will only support a coal-fire plant if the business case warrants. The Victorian senator also endorsed leader Michael McCormack, saying the party is backing him ‘to the hilt.’ She says the public is ‘frustrated’ that Mr Joyce is not ‘focused on their needs and issues.’ Image: News Corp Australia

MSMWatchdog2013 billshortenmp What’s Shorten’s position on Adani again?

call_me_tomasso billshortenmp No they cannot. auspol

HikaEbop billshortenmp Yes, Gladys want to know:

billshortenmp One of these days that swivelling head of his is going to fly right off his shoulders!

Will Shorten tell the electorate what his policies are apart from going on a rehearsed 2 minute negative rant? auspol LaborFail skynews

billshortenmp Tell us your plan Shorten. How are you getting to 45%? How many coal workers will you sacrifice? How much is your plan going to cost? Where are the wind turbines going to be? Who's building them? How long will it take to reach this target? Your full of shit Shorten.

billshortenmp Stop all subsidies for renewables this is what has driven power prices up. Power companies make more from subsidies than power and we pay for it

billshortenmp After you.

billshortenmp Depends are you in Queensland or Victoria at the moment

billshortenmp All the other in the world are building coal plant now. Coal is not dead. And only Victoria home of greens, uses the dirtiest brown coal plants from 1950s. Labor and greens want Australia to be a third world country. Our carbon emissions are just a fart in world total.

billshortenmp No need for labor to tell us what they are planing to do with coal power stations ,we all know they want to close them all which will wreck all steel and aluminium smelters and close all heavy industries and send job overseas.

billshortenmp 🤣 😂 🤣

billshortenmp Self-seeking Bill Shorten, what an embarrassing prime minister you would make. If serving the Aust people was truly in your heart, then maybe. But it's all about you & power, not the people. You never give us real options, just criticism of your opponents.

billshortenmp Hopefully building new ones so we can get cheaper and more reliable power

billshortenmp Bill will make mince meat out of this... almost too painful to watch!🤣😂😂😊👍🏻

billshortenmp Just worry about your policy that helps me decide on investment

billshortenmp They are going to build them. It is the only thing to do. We don't want any climate agreements. We don't want expensive power. We don't want your shit Bill.

billshortenmp billshortenmp are you implying that LiberalAus and The_Nationals are a shambles? AusPol

billshortenmp What are you doing. You want to close them all. Are you going to supply candles and fire wood?

billshortenmp This man is an idiot, listening to his ramblings it’s sleep worthy! I wish the LNP would grow some balls an say we’re going to build more coal power stations, jobs people! We can’t control Mother Nature if you think you can prove it!

msrose2343 billshortenmp If the LNP thought they could get away with building coal fired power, they would. in the unlikely event they win the election, i’m willing to bet they will build new coal power

billshortenmp The liberals and nats are at war with each other over coal 😂 we need a new gvt. Ffs.

billshortenmp We know u don’t want them - and higher taxes !

billshortenmp We need the cool company right now for cheaper power. Many people also have many jobs in the industry. Perhaps make cleaner filters on stacks,. Till we get, and build new offordable power supplies. What are you doing Billy shorten. Do u wish to stabb , wongs back Now. When.?

billshortenmp Maybe. If they had any idea themselves 😆😆

billshortenmp Oh yes billshortenmp going up to 45% renewables by 2030 & halving the number of coal fired stations is absolutely going to save the world 🙄

billshortenmp

billshortenmp Really looking forward to see you change the climate of Australia to stop the floods ton stop the droughts and to stop all the bush fires. Hail the new Messiah billshortenmp

billshortenmp They already have, the national's want new coal gens the Liberal's do not. Where does Labor stand on new coal generators?

billshortenmp from the man who thinks he will change the Earth's climate lol

billshortenmp Not sure this is the fight that will win you an election.....I would much rather consistent reliable energy than cutting any reductions for the global climate.....

billshortenmp Can someone please ask BS where labor stands on Adani
