He said during his presentation titled “How developers embrace changes to meet the future housing needs in Sabah” during a plenary session at the 7th Sabah International Surveyors’ Congress at The Magellan Sutera, here.Earlier in July, Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Phoong Jin Zhe said the growth of Sabah’s EV industry would be stimulated following South Korea’s SK Group’s investment of RM4.2 billion to construct the world’s largest copper facility in Sabah.

“AI technologies are being used to automate a variety of conception parts, such as brick laying, bending and welding which can help improve productivity and reduce the risk of accidents,” he said. He said Shareda will collaborate with related departments and agencies to embark on the Big Data collection to provide guidelines and predictions for the market and types preferred in the future.

“We emphasise a lot on digital transformation because in land administration matters there are a lot of decisions to be made, and we need a sound and fast decision-making process for how the land is used and should be distributed.
