Why not issue the employee bonuses in form of stock options with a 5, 10, 15, 20 year deferral on sale or trade.

More energy corporate theft in California. We need to invest in clean, renewable energy...a Green New Deal would shift the power from polluting fossil fuel monopolies to democratic public grid & microgrids. We can harvest energy rather than kill life thru GHG extraction & war!
