This article is full of nonsense, obv. trying to discredit EVs! I drive two BEVs from diff. manufacturers and cold temp loss is up to max. 15%. I charge from 20 to 80% in 25 minutes. Regen. is adjustable but every child can handle it, actually it's great.I drive 60 mi.+ every day

What these automakers aren’t tell you is that they make all their money from gasoline cars. And have no path to near term profit with electric. They want you in their car and preferably the most profitable one.

This Karl Brauer guy is an idiot. Electric cars are only for people who don't drive more than 100 miles a week? Even saying 100 miles a day is a stretch. Range anxiety thing is overstated since you'll charge these cars overnight & start every morning with a full tank of 'gas'.

Six of my neighbors bought Nissan Leafs used from Craigslist. They all love them and most trips are short, like under 15 miles. Range hadn’t been an issue. The neighbors buying Leafs started with one neighbor and then we all tried their car and found that they are excellent.

That they have no range, take hours to charge and you shouldn’t use the heater?
