Based on Executive Order No. 21 Series of 2023 signed by Davao City Mayor Sebastian Baste Duterte on August 14, 2023, the DCC shall consist of more offices and members compared to its original composition.

Previously based on Executive Order No. 47 series of 2021, An Order Creating the Davao City Climate Change Committee, the member offices of the body are Davao City Planning and Development Office, The secretariat of the body was changed from the City Environment and Natural Resources Office to the Davao City Planning and Development Office.
