To support the national government's program to combat climate change, around 300 Bamboo seedlings were planted in a tree-planting activity along the riverside of Barangays San Pedro, Talampas and Cambaog in the province of Bulacan on Saturday, July 8.

Engineer Glecy Perez, Rotarian members, Rowena Almocera, Bulacan province's Mrs. Face of Eco-Tourism 2023; and former actress Alma Soriano were also among the program's participants. RCBD President Portugal said the Bamboo seedlings planted along the riverside of San Pedro, Talampas, and Cambaog villages could be sources of food and livelihood for Bustoseneous in the future.
