The launch of SWTCH Control, an energy management tool that dynamically modifies the energy used by EV chargers based on a building’s actual energy consumption, was announced today by SWTCH Energy, a pioneer in developing electric vehicle charging solutions for multi-tenant buildings across North America.
The chargers are also continuously monitored by the software, which also offers round-the-clock technical help to guarantee that any hardware problems are quickly fixed. With states like California, Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, and New York proposing EV charging readiness standards for new multi-residential buildings, the move from nice-to-have amenity to must-have need for EV charging at multi-residential buildings is only growing.
