But we won't know how good a deal it is until Ram releases pricing.Since the REV will be able to charge using the most powerful public plugs , it should add 110 miles of range in 10 minutes.According to Ram, the REV will be able to tow up to 14,000 pounds and carry 2,700 pounds in its bed.Packing 654 horsepower and 620 pound-feet of torque, the REV should scoot to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds, Ram estimates.

Rivian, Hummer and Ford have all demonstrated that a BEv truck’s range tanks as soon as you try to do truck things with it. But a series hybrid power train cures the range issue. RamTrucks So in the event of an accident with some moderate damage are these Rams totaled due to the fact the battery(s) can not be removed like other EV's ? What is the cost of a new battery ? Specs are fine but ownership of one could be expensive to say the least.

Ram 1500 REV electric truck beats F-150 Lightning with 500-mile range | EngadgetStellantis says the upcoming Ram 1500 REV will offer up to a 500-mile range, longer than any electric pickup available. Well that’s actually surprising but nice. I would hope so on a 229-kWh battery. Ford does 320 on 131-kWh. 2.18 vs 2.44 miles per kWh. So the extended range Ram battery has better range than the standard equipment Ford battery. Truly shocking stuff
