BREAKING: British Gas, Scottish Power and Eon have lost a High Court challenge against the Government over its handling of the collapsed green supplier Bulb.

The High Court sided with the Government after Scottish Power, British Gas and Eon claimed the sale of collapsed company Bulb was unfair challenge against the Government over its handling of the collapsed green supplier Bulb.

The then Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy approved the take-over in October and November, handing ‘very substantial central Government funding’ to help with the transfer.
