While scientists have a clear understanding of how climate change will influence disasters like floods and fires, the influence it has on tornadoes is under investigation

are growing more dangerous because of climate change, but the effect a warming world has on tornadoes is complicated and inconclusive.

“Instead of asking: ‘Did climate change cause this tornado?’ It’s better to operate under the assumption that climate change did play a role,” he says. “Start from the premise that every extreme event is being affected by climate change.”To understand how climate change could impact tornadoes, it helps to understand how warm, humid air flowing beneath cool, dry air creates the unstable atmospheric conditions in which they form.

than lower latitudes, which may be weakening the strength of jet stream winds and the resulting wind shear. “We think it might be climate change. But it might also be natural variability,” says Gensini, an author on the study. “We stepped on the scale, and we know we gained 15 pounds, but we don’t know if it’s poor diet or lack of exercise.”

Okay you're re-posting the same stuff again. I guess I'm going to have to unfollow you because I don't want anyone spamming into my feed.

as things stay warmer the water molecules are more spread out. and water hangs in the air easier. at night, without the ozone layer, the heat disperses. so, the temperature drops quick. then when sun heats back up, the temperature differences creates wind moremoisture moreforce

Clear understanding? Meteorologists are clueless about the worst winter in 40 years. Well they say climate change means more extreme weather! OK well my Uncle Ned forecasted a mild La Niña winter because his arthritic left knee was acting up so I guess this validates him also.

Well, instead of playing with fire, try this todo list!

Can anything not be a result of climate change? 10,000 years from now AI computers will be laughing and mocking today’s scientists

They coming earlier and earlier in the year and in places that Dont commonly have tore naders

They know. It would conflict with their “carbon bad” theory. All these asian and sharan heat waves are the real cause

This is what scares me.

Waste of money, waste of time, the lies override any facts!!! Politicians, dems and their media friends lie 24/7. Still believing the 24/7 liars? Passing on the liars for money, is a dem thing!!

I don’t think tornados are results of climate changes, it’s the result of unknown activities or supernatural phenomena. Look at the intensive energy in a very small area with a clear boundary. Perimeters like temperature and humidity vary gradually from place to place.

Been less tornadoes in recent years

Plants more trees and recycling to zero waste as possible’s.

Fear fear fear be afraid all the time global warming gas stoves lol

Because we’ve never had hurricanes, tornadoes, floods etc…before. Where does all the money go? What have they made better? Have they done one thing about the filth people are living in in the streets? It’s just about control!

I understand it already! 🌪

I always thought terraforming would be one of the main issues

Tornadoes and climate change how much money are we going to piss away on that

The question is, who controls the climate?
