RG&E says gas bills for the heating season were 17 percent higher than last year, while electric bills jumped 11 percent. Yet, RG&E adds these increases are much lower than they originally expected.

How can my home control three meters when it's a single home. I want to know this if under ground utility is running threw my property what's my far share due. Water electric and gas with prices like your charging I shouldn't be short on funds.

We had a milder winter, and yet the cost went up...profit and greed is what drives the prices at RG&E...with greed being the main contributor.
