It's not easy to find a Bolt sold at MSRP. Many dealers unfortunately have a 'Market Adjustment' which adds thousands to the price. 🙄 And chevrolet can't do much about it.
FYI Tesla Model 3 starts at $42990. $115 more than the Hyundai at the top of this list. Not a big difference. I guess you have to draw the line somewhere.
