"She's supposed to be here right now practicing with the other girls so this doesn't feel like this is actually what's happening," said Kayla Lane, a dance teacher and family friend. "It's still surreal for me," said Jeffrey,"At the end of the day, I do not want anybody else to fall victim to something that should have been taken care of by the city of Pittsburg. There's no reason why those lights don't work."Family and friends shared videos of Brooke and said they'll remember Brooke as a great dancer and a terrific cook. "She had so much life to live. I just want whoever did this to please come forward," said Lane.
