🤣🤣🤣🤣
outdoor skating is a non neccessity. if its there, people will use it, if its not they wont. lets not get the country into a deeper deficit just so people can ice skate. this is not what we need to be focussed on right now, cknw & cbc.
I thought roller skating died because everybody realized it was unsafe.
Ours in Sydney River Cape Breton is alive and well. Had to wait a month longer then usual but all is good
Isn’t this a seasonal thing ? Can’t you have both ?
Never happen and you know it
Have a look outside...
It baffles me why, in Ottawa, we don’t have a permanent outdoor roller rink already.
Roller skating on the Rideau will be fun 🤣🤣
Where is the CBC story on the farmers in Brussels?
Is this what’s being covered on a Monday instead of China interfering with Canadian politics We live in Canada- ice skating isn’t going anywhere; article done.
Why can't we do both.
La Nina winter, causes abnormal warm winter in Eastern North America and Europe. Despite this, the outdoor rink in my central NB community is going as usual
Neurotic metal cases at the cbc.
This is the first year the Rideau Canal wasn't open all year. We have a pond at the end of our street we normally get a couple months of skating on that never froze over. This won't be the last year this happens.
It’s outdoors. So ice in winter, roller in summer. I don’t understand the issue here
Why does it have to be either or? I love both. We need more roller rinks. Miss those days going to DJ's Roller Rink, playing Limbo and all that.
Not switching them to roller rinks.....
