Over the past 50 years, oil and gas companies have spent a small fortune spreading misinformation to the public about climate change. Not surprisingly, the Republican Party is the only political organization to swallow their lies.
Every scientific organization in the world that conducts climate research has determined the planet is heating up and fossil fuels are the cause. This includes our nation’s premier scientific organizations such as the American Meteorological Association, American Geophysical Union, National Academy of Science, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
Nothing seems to faze them because the Republican Party gets massive contributions from their benefactors in the oil and gas industry. A peer-reviewed study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences found that in 2018, 88% of oil and gas contributions went to the Republican Party.
And EVs are more damaging to the environment than gas cars. Do some research people. Just look up how they make the batteries…not to mention slave and child labor used too. Get off your high horse.
Republicans do acknowledge climate change BUT removing gas cars and stoves isn’t going to do anything. India and China pump more CO2 into the air than almost every other country combined. What the US does isn’t going to matter.
Climate has been changing long before republicans even existed
The weather has been changing since day 1 period. The question is , is man at fault now and what can we do to stop or slow it down ? Just my opinion here , it seems to vary from year to year. Mother Nature let's those volcanoes blow and crushes CO levels , far more than mankind.

Nitrogen is 78% of the atmosphere. Oxygen is 21%. The remaining 1% is made up of literally everything else in the air. Guess what percentage is CO2? About FOUR TENTHS OF ONE PERCENT.
