Electric cars idea to keep Ford jobs

That's ironic because only last week you spent ages misrepresenting (surprise! surprise!) another manufacturer's cutbacks RESULTING from misplaced confidence in electric car sales, as being due to Brexit... which actually had fuck all to do with it.

That's a possibility. It is what can make the Ford group maintain relevancy in changing European market.
