My understanding from science was that all these places were underwater back in 2000

Sea-level rise is currently .2 inches per year.

Financial risk or real estate risk or both can be at risk not because of climate change but of citizens, business and state debt. ClimateCrisis if they stick to all electric cars and they prohibit fossil fuels .
