Not a clue - the answer is not a tax, that changed nothing, it’s carbon capture as the UN recommended, innovation, conversion to natural gas as a transition fuel. A desperate government grabbing cash does not help...
This is positive but why do they need $10M, they are a business and a wealthy one at that. It's ok for the government to encourage green solutions but governments lack the intelligence to do this effectively. This is why the carbon tax is so wrong, they are inept by nature.
