I don't recall any problems in Okanagan during the much hotter summer of 1998. However, I have seen remarkable success with quelling most fires which has resulted in much higher levels of unburnt fuel everywhere in the bush.

You mean it caused the arsons that have been proven to have started most of the fires ?
