Canada needs to move quickly on production of critical minerals, IEA saysOttawa needs to play a global leadership role to defend against energy security crises triggered by countries that use fossil fuels as a weapon, energy agency says 'Critical Minerals' just a few months ago were called 'rare earth minerals', but in order to gain support for strip mining them, the Government and media changed the name. So now suddenly it is saving the environment to destroy ecosystems and deplete resources. Well we don’t allow child labour so the rich can enjoy the cobalt in their Teslas. Woah! better be electric equipment you are using to extract those minerals. In Liberal world they live on Rainbows and unicorn farts. In the real world we live on oil and gas.
