The money to build more water infrastructure was authorized in 2014. Yet not one project has been started. People continue to vote Democrat and nothing changes. We are literally circling the drain.

California has invested $0 in recapturing water run off from rains which would have solved this and many other issues long ago. Instead they raised taxes and rates/fines for water usage to fill their own pockets
