Martin Lewis shares his best advice

Money-saving expert Martin Lewis has revealed the three-hour time frame we should avoid using our washing machine and other energy draining appliances.

ITV star Martin has suggested that people should chop and change their usual washing routine to avoid using their washing machines during certain hours. He added that between 4pm and 7pm are the peak times for using energy and people should try to lower their usage during these hours. Electricity credits of €600 were announced in Budget 2023, which are being paid in three instalments of €200.
